Elucidação, averiguação, estudo, aprendizagem isso me expõe a luz, alumia com a realidade, com os fatos, com contexto, com a consideração devida, com apontamento, delatando a erros, falhas, distorções, negações sobre o meu interno, meu emocional e nisso meus sentimentos, afastando-os das trevas, do obscurantismo da inerente ignorância — própria e de terceiros — que me agrilhoam a medos e reatividade, a interpretação enviesada, conjecturista e sempre má, danosa, insalubre, pois regidas por mentiras, invencionices na recusa em respeitar a interdependência com os outros seres que no conjunto fazem o fenômeno vida. Onde há recusa disso, há instalação de ódio a melhorias, ódio a mudanças necessárias e promissoras, que amedrontado dependura-se na insensatez que dissimula com regalias e não em promissoras e reais soluções.

Elucidation, investigation, study, learning—this exposes me to the light, illuminates me with reality, with facts, with context, with due consideration, with pointing out and denouncing errors, flaws, distortions, and denials about my inner self, my emotions, and therefore my feelings, distancing them from the darkness, from the obscurantism of inherent ignorance—my own and that of others—that shackles me to fears and reactivity, to biased, conjectural, and always harmful, damaging, and unhealthy interpretations, governed by lies and fabrications in the refusal to respect the interdependence with other beings who together constitute the phenomenon of life. Where there is a refusal of this, there is the installation of hatred for improvements, hatred for necessary and promising changes, which, frightened, clings to the senselessness that disguises itself with privileges and not with promising and real solutions.
