Que eu não esteja a medir, comparar as coisas pelo tempo longo ou curto, e nem pelos esforços gastos, pois isto me leva a fazer um juízo tosco, mas que eu meça pela necessidade, importância de algo ser feito, cedo ou tardiamente. A questão é que o meu foco esteja em um resultado vital — não aliciado pela ilusão de regalia; por ser solução, por ter qualidade, ser um efetivo bem ao todo, da qual interdependo e colaboro, quer para ser promissor ou ruinoso.

May I not measure or compare things based on the duration of time or the effort expended—for that leads to a crude judgment—but rather by the necessity and importance of the task at hand, regardless of whether it is done sooner or later. The point is to focus on a vital outcome—one untainted by the illusion of privilege—prioritizing solutions, quality, and genuine benefit to the whole system in which I am an interdependent collaborator, whether the result proves promising or disastrous.
