Onde as regras, leis, disciplina, estão sendo posta acima em superioridade ao respeito, ao bem-estar humano, então o que prevalece aí é a demagogia, o uso de tais para manter e aprofundar um parasitoidismo social, regalias com todos os seus efeitos insalubres nas relações. Não se quer aí de fato um ordenamento saudável e nisso promissor. Aí rejeitam-se soluções, quer apenas aparências do “fazer algo” que escondam as causas.
