A potente interiorização advém daquilo que está tornando-se em foco, em objetivo, em um profundo desejo; seja ele consciente ou inconsciente. Por isso me cabe, e não deixar no descaso: meditar, elaborar os pensamentos, sentimentos e emoções que me habitam; discernir bem estes desejos. De onde veem, se são meus ou incutidos, se são válidos ou não; se estão mesmo voltados para aquilo que é vivificante, promissor a existência; ou, estão colaborando, interna e externamente, para o oposto disso.

The potent internalization comes from what is becoming a focus, a goal, a deep desire; be it conscious or unconscious. That's why it's up to me, and not to neglect: to meditate, elaborate the thoughts, feelings and emotions that inhabit me; discern these desires well. Where they come from, whether they are mine or instilled, whether they are valid or not; if they are really turned towards that which is life-giving, promising life; or, they are collaborating, internally and externally, for the opposite of that.
