Para ter vitalidade é preciso estar sempre me consentindo renovação; aceitando encerrar ciclos, fazer ajustes deixando vieses, preconceitos, regalias e tudo similar que impeça mudança para aperfeiçoar a harmonização interior com o exterior, do eu com o outrem. Suplantar as fugas com “belezas” e “desejos” fantasiados, idolatrados, para acolher encantamento pelas concretas e sustentadoras, da existência. Deixar-se arejar com aberturas, não se abafar com o mesmo ar estagnado e infeccioso, hermetizado por narcisismo.
