Se pretendo realmente abertura ao conhecimento de algo, atento-me para o resultado/consequência deste algo, não por ater a superficial aparência e propagandas. Se são más — se ferem, se lesionam o ser, ou boas: produzem saúde, bem-estar — interno e externamente. Qualquer outra coisa como lastro é entregar-me a auto-engano e a destrutividade.

If I really intend to be open to the knowledge of something, I pay attention to the result/consequence of this something, not by sticking to superficial appearances and advertisements. If they are bad — if they hurt, if they injure the being, or if they are good: they produce health, well-being — internally and externally. Anything else as ballast is to indulge in self-deception and destructiveness.
