Respeitar, estimar profunda e sinceramente com discernimento aquilo que é essencial em regra e fato para minha vitalidade, minha saúde biopsicosocioambiental — jamais por alguma empáfia ignorando minha interdependência disso — é a evidência mais promissora do uso da minha capacidade mental e emocional. De que colaboro para que minha mente e sentimentos se desvencilhem de um subjetivismo aliciado pela ignorância, sempre fantasista, narcísica e inclinada a imprudências, pois desdenhosa com a realidade, o outro, a biosfera.
