É estando na alegria — isto é, quando estou em ordem, estou respondendo adequadamente (e não mais reagindo), estou integrado, respeitoso com o todo e não mais desordenado pela ignorância que me alheia, incita, me aprisiona num mundo interno e suas fantasias que colidem, inimizam com a realidade, com a biosfera, a começar com a própria existência; voltando ao início: é na alegria, com mais vitalidade; confiante, futuroso que sou capaz de interação sadia, construtiva, com o outro, com o meio. Que tenho efetivamente afeição!
