Conscientização, autoconhecimento: o que se crê não se manifesta meramente em sentimentos pensamentos e palavras, mas se configura, se manifesta em compromisso, perseverança; em comportamento; se revela pelas escolhas e pelo fazer. Que eu não esteja a me enganar, a me trair, a me fragmentar com e sobre o que creio! Sobre quais são realmente meus verdadeiros valores, aqueles que efetivamente predominam sobre meu emocional, minha vida, seja para continuar, seja para consentir-me condição para mudar, para ter mais integridade, mais coerência.

May I not deceive myself, betray myself, fragment myself with and about what I believe! About what my true values really are, those that effectively predominate over my emotions, my life, whether to continue, or to allow myself the condition to change, to have more integrity, more coherence.
