Que eu não esteja a confundir imolação com dedicação, que eu não esteja a me imolar a nada! Imolação só atende a interesses parasitóides, insensatos; da ignorância — sejam eles próprios ou de terceiros, e de tal natureza, incapaz de favorecer algum bem, de ter potencial construtivo. Viver bem e para o bem exige não que eu me imole, mas que eu me dadive, alcance, tenha estruturas, condições que me façam vivenciar minhas melhores potencialidades de ser e de estar, aquelas que mais me vitalizam, me deixam bem, interna e externamente. A promover em mim e no entorno mais vida, mais saúde, não a justificar escassez, ameaça e morte.

Let me not confuse self-sacrifice with dedication, let me not sacrifice myself to anything! Self-sacrifice only serves parasitic, senseless interests; of ignorance—whether one's own or that of others—and of such a nature, incapable of promoting any good, of having constructive potential. To live well and for good requires not that I sacrifice myself, but that I give of myself, achieve, have structures, conditions that allow me to experience my best potentialities of being and existing, those that most vitalize me, leave me well, internally and externally. To promote more life, more health in myself and in my surroundings, not to justify scarcity, threat, and death.
