Esteja sentado no trono de minhas emoções não mais: “ao acaso”, o irresponsabilizar-me, mas sim o direcionamento construtivo da curiosidade, da escuta e no uso destas — como potentes energias, a focá-las sobre o é que de fato a real causa — uma ação, um feito e assim não cair na armadilha de pessoalização, com elaborações fundamentadas, contextualizadas, estudadas, não mais largadas a mera reatividade, achismo, especulações e moralismo simplista; para o favorecimento de um círculo virtuoso de relações, de interações sadias, respeitosas com o outro e o ambiente da qual, me vejo consciente que sou inescapavelmente interdependente.

May I sit on the throne of my emotions, no longer acting "randomly," shirking responsibility, but rather constructively directing curiosity, listening, and using these—as potent energies—focusing them on what is in fact the real cause—an action, an achievement, and thus avoiding the trap of personalization, with well-founded, contextualized, studied elaborations, no longer abandoned to mere reactivity, guesswork, speculation, and simplistic moralism; for the sake of fostering a virtuous circle of relationships, of healthy, respectful interactions with others and the environment in which I am aware that I am inescapably interdependent.
