Respeitando, acolhendo, amando-me, que terei mentalidade e visão, para abraçar o que é de fato melhoria, pois é impossível ter escolhas, hábitos, vivência e relações sadias, se sinceramente não tenho por mim mesmo um grande respeito, amor; mas um escondido, “negado” desprezo e repulsa pelo existir, que é afirmado, sustentado apenas no externo e em coisas externas, em uma desesperada aparência insustentável, destrutiva.

Respecting, welcoming, loving me, that I will have mentality and vision, to embrace what is in fact improvement, because it is impossible to have healthy choices, habits, experience and relationships, if I honestly do not have a great respect for myself, love; but a hidden, "denied" contempt and disgust for existing, which is affirmed, sustained only on the outside and on external things, in a desperate, unsustainable, destructive appearance.
