Somente assim procedendo, que estarei evitando criar e ser atormentado por gatilhos de pensamentos, emoções ou sentimentos sofríveis, destrutivos do corpo, da mente e comportamental. Impulsionando-me para seguir, consecutivamente, o que surgir de melhor e satisfatório.
