If
I really intend to change for the better, I will first be watching,
looking inward: what emotions; what feelings; which thoughts;
interests are governing my attitudes. Investigating the quality, the
importance, the necessity of these and seriously considering what the
consequences / results will result from them. I will be keeping
myself well aware that the primary factors that deeply affect my life
and externally are to be found in these internal processes. That is
healing; repairing; cleaning these, that I get blunt and sustainable
improvements. If I am not busy, or worrying about it, I am worrying
about useless things; that in no way, or illusory will favor me.
