Ante os males que se me apresentam, muito conveniente é sondar qual a relação que estabeleci com esses. Quero realmente melhorias, sanar algo ou por algum motivo compensativo ou de resignação já predominam sobre as minhas emoções e escolhas? Tal reflexão urge, pois, é muito fácil cair num imediatismo, num simplismo e nisso se encontrar em resistência as exigências, complexidade, engajamento e tempo que uma efetiva melhoria necessita para se realizar, e tenho que ter consciência disso.

Do I really want improvements, to remedy something or is there some compensatory or resigned reason that already prevails over my emotions and choices? Such reflection is urgent, because it is very easy to fall into an immediacy, an oversimplification and in this we find ourselves resisting the demands, complexity, commitment and time that an effective improvement requires to be achieved, and I have to be aware of this.
