alimentando um círculo vicioso de pura comiseração sem solidariedade — curtindo o calor da fofoca, ou pior, de buscar sensacionalismo e fazimento de juízos prepotentes, sem me atentar para as profundas causas; principalmente sem avaliar se também estou contribuindo para tais, seja: com omissão, ignorância e atitudes; e nisso também deixando de me dedicar para produzir melhor entendimento e comportamentos, então, certamente estou apenas entrando na fila para ser o próximo desgraçado.

Busting myself with observing the misfortunes of others, feeding a vicious circle of pure pity without sympathy — enjoying the heat of gossip, or worse, seeking sensationalism and making arrogant judgments, without paying attention to the deep causes; especially without evaluating whether I am also contributing to such, whether: with omission, ignorance and attitudes; and in that too, failing to devote myself to producing better understanding and behaviors, so I'm certainly just getting in line to be the next bastard.
