Quando a perversidade se instala, isto é, quando há um aferramento em regalias, as necessárias mudanças — aquelas fundamentadas em fatos, contexto — serão ignoradas, canceladas e rechaçadas com toda gama de intimidação, mentira, calúnia, difamação, distorção e omissão de fatos possíveis, mesmo que gritante, e gritará, as evidências, com seus resultados/consequências de amplíssimas situações de esgotamento.
