Tempo é vida, é momento de vivência. Nesta consideração, muito conveniente é estar sempre me perguntando se naquilo que me empenho — interna e externamente, merece meu tempo, tem o valor necessário, paga meu momento de vida. Se esta troca de meu tempo compensará em favorecer mais vitalidade, mais saúde, mais possibilidades de condições promissoras a essência da vida, empoderadoramente vitais em todos os aspectos que dependo — só algo assim compensa o sacrifício, que no mínimo este é o preço a ser exigido.
