O meio vantajoso para dissimular a estruturação da vigarice, das espoliações por desvio e manutenção de estados convenientemente pauperizados, escasseados. Está o pretexto imediatista para abandonar e até atacar a evidenciação, a efetivação de práticas e estruturadas soluções. Está o amenizar possível remorso; o enraizar da resignação, da desorganização coletiva e o intensificar do construto da dependência de uma persona nobilitada e sempre propícia à liderança; a estar acima dos progressivamente “pobres coitados”.
